My name is Ana Maria. I was born under the sign of Libra with Aquarius rising in Western astrology, and Cancer with Aquarius rising in Vedic astrology.

 

My father, of Portuguese origin, was a healer who passed away when I was still a baby. Though I never had the chance to learn directly from him, his absence taught me much about myself and relationships. My mother, of Mozambican origin, worked on various farms and held deep knowledge of nature, plants, and traditional remedies. From her, I learned the value of simplicity, respect for the land, the rhythm of life, and the strength of unconditional love.

 

At the age of 18, after my mother passed away, I began searching for answers and understanding of the universe and my place within it. I explored a wide range of holistic teachings, worked with various therapists, and studied deeply under the guidance of several important mentors. Despite my initial scepticism, I tested, adapted, and developed tools to support my personal healing journey and deepen my autonomy.

 

In 2015, I trained and became an aura reader, a path that marked a profound turning point in my life. I explored energy work intensively and began to focus on healing feminine energy. In 2018, committed to transforming inherited patterns within my maternal lineage, I developed practical healing and reconnection processes. These formed the foundation of the mentorship programmes I offer today, built from personal experience, intuition, and deep inner work.

In 2019, I began studying natural gynaecology, which includes practices like womb steaming, along with ancestral feminine knowledge.

 

Along the way, I reconciled with both my African and European roots. From 2020 onwards, I immersed myself in alchemy and plant-based herbalism with a respected teacher. My relationship with shamanism, already a personal path since 2019, deepened through the teachings of a renowned shamanic couple whose relationship embodies unconditional love. In 2022, recognising the immense impact of family systems on our personal evolution, I became certified in Family Constellation Therapy. All these practices and studies are woven into my holistic approach to feminine healing.

 

Although my core mission is to help women reconnect with themselves and their feminine essence, I’ve witnessed many of them go on to discover and follow their true calling—whether through aura reading, tarot, numerology, astrology, Reiki-infused osteopathy, healing music, or writing. Each journey is unique. What matters most is that they reclaim their feminine power and begin living in truth, freedom, and wholeness.I know I can guide you through your own transformation, because I’ve walked that path myself—and simplified it for the many women I’ve supported.
